CFC refers to the composite material formed by carbon fiber or carbon fabric reinforced or graphitized resin carbon and chemical meteorological deposition (CVD), which is a kind of carbon fiber reinforced carbon matrix composite material.The carbon content of carbon/carbon composite is higher than 99% after high temperature heat treatment, which has a series of advantages such as high strength, friction and wear resistance, low density, small coefficient of thermal expansion, corrosion resistance, high chemical inertia, thermal impact resistance, high dimensional stability, high fracture toughness and extremely high electrical conductivity. C/C composite is not only an unparalleled ablation resistance material, but also a thermal structure material which can work in the highest operating temperature.Therefore, C/C composite material, as a new high-temperature structure-function integrated engineering material, has been developed rapidly, making it an irreplaceable material in the field of aerospace. Currently, it is widely used as ablation resistance and thermal insulation materials in solid engine nozzles, missile ratio cones and space shuttle, and as friction braking materials for civil, military aircraft and racing vehicles, and as bioengineering structural materials. Due to the relatively high price of C/C composite materials, its application in the industrial field is limited.Both in terms of output and output value, its applications in cutting-edge defense and aircraft brake materials have included 90% of C/C composites.
